What did y'all think of his speech? I'm annoyed at the bloggers saying boring, dull, no red meat.
The man spent over 7 minutes specifically saying what was wrong with McCain's foreign policy and why Obama should get elected. WTF? That isn't red meat?
Some said he stumbled over parts of it and that's true, he did, but I think he may have had stage fright. He's waited a LONG time to have his night. Also he seemed to be squinting - maybe he needs glasses and is too vain to admit it?

When I worked on Capitol Hill in the 80s/90s he was around and stories flew about how vain he was but seems to me it's way less of a character flaw than lying about WMD in Iraq, then having troops dying there. Anyway, if the man's a nice guy - and by all accounts he is - is being vain so bad? My hubby openly admits he's vain but he's also a nice man and a great father. Sound familiar, lol?
Biden is so lucky to have his mother with him still and it was cool she could be there with him

. I also think the Obamas have become fond of the whole Biden family which is sweet. Both Michele and Barack must miss their fathers and I know from my hubby's experience it's really hard to have a Mom who for whatever reason can't be there with you.
