For the record!  I just want to say that I called for the Impeachment of Bush and Gang back in March of 2003.  I'm going to find my post and put it here!

I just can't freaking believe these bleeping crooks are going to get off! I'm so bleeping pissed off this morning just thinking about it!

I'm going to post something here in a few minutes that I think really says what this Administration is all about and HOW they can so OVERTLY get away with all they have done!

How do they get away with it?  Here's how it works:

First they try blackmail....and then when they find that blackmail won't
work, then they will resort to death threats.

They will start on distant relatives, then move closer to home... such
as the children. If that doesn't work, then the spouses.

It's a sick, sick scenario that's playing out.

Is the House emotionally strong enough to do this?

He can't pardon himself or anyone else from charges at the international level. He has no authority. He hasn't declared himself the Sith Emperor of the Galactic Empire yet has he? We all know he's going to try. Thank God for little Yoda Kucinich!

The position of Sith Emperor is filled - Dick Cheney.

Ugh. Is it January 2009 yet  Undecided?

LOL  You got that right Nora! hahaha

Did you ever see the movie "Finding Nemo"? The scene with the AA type Sharks who were quitting eating other fish?  That head Shark reminded me exactly of Dick Cheney! hahaha

I think they intended it to be like him!  Grin

I like animated movies!  I think I'll watch one tonight!  The news is beginning to bore me!  Angry

Look like Destiny posted on Murskey, push it. And that is all the Republicans have done legally re-question all the laws that came before them and send them to THEIR Supreme Court. So it doesn't matter if scholars, and years of legal jurisprudence say that this is the law, in Bush and Companies eyes their is no law, or since no one is really paying attention or few are, the cookies are free.

Using the store analogy, Price Chopper, we had all the cameras and no one watching them. A guy would come in and review tapes. We startted doing announcements, "Security please scan." "Security to aisle three. Stat."

And is was a real mess beforehand. Everyone was stealing since the general impression was that no one was watching. So now with a few simple tricks, shoplifting goes down. Now when the police come in treat them right. Around change of shift we had lots of scams being tried. Lots of people returning things to distract. Hey, ask the cop to come in around 10:00 o'clock. That ended.

So Bush and company have unfortunatley sold their souls and the cops look the other way out of fear. Who would go after a madman?

See they are thumbing their noses at every system of government, because that is how they get their thrills.

NH Constitution [Art.] 18. [Penalties to be Proportioned to Offenses; True Design of Punishment.] All penalties ought to be proportioned to the nature of the offense. No wise legislature will affix the same punishment to the crimes of theft, forgery , and the like, which they do to those of murder and treason. Where the same undistinguishing severity is exerted against all offenses, the people are led to forget the real distinction in the crimes themselves, and to commit the most flagrant with as little compunction as they do the lightest offenses. For the same reason a multitude of sanguinary laws is both impolitic and unjust. The true design of all punishments being to reform, not to exterminate mankind.

See we exterminate Clinton and Bush lives. It is the "culture" at the Bush Whitehouse.

Shit I never saw that before! Thats before hastert was gone.  So they passed it? He is immune?

They probably sneaked it into some meaningless bill like say when they took Habeas Corpus away from us!

Bucklaw, this is the other reason the Dems have to win this fall - not just to get us out of Iraq sometime forseeable but so the Court regains some true jurists again!

I googled quickly and found it's John Paul Stevens who everyone knows CANNOT wait to retire but hasn't because Bush is President!  Yikes, he's older than my Mom was when she passed away last year. He must be so sick of working but HORRIFIED at the thought of how the court would rule if he did retire.

I love Souter.  Bush Sr must have been so angry when he handed down his first rulings and was actually a moderate. LOLOL  Cheesy

I love Souter too!  He reminds me of like 'The Royal Order of the Jesuits'!!!

He's so honest and humble.

Did you know that they have to clean toilets when they first get there (the Jesuits) and again before they leave?

It's to teach them 'humility'.

Me neither, and I thought I read an interview of his a few years ago where he was horrified with Bush and his minions and said he would wait out Bush's presidency before stepping down for fear of what would happen to the Court otherwise.

Clinton gets impeached and disbarred over a blowjob and Bush destroys the world and lies about it!  Kucinich delivers articles of Impeachment and Pelosi trashes them!  Where are clowns?  There have to be clowns!  Roll Eyes
